Hi. I’m the founder of Blue. Psychological Services. The motivations behind this project of mine can be found in the “About us” section of the website.
As a clinician, I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health and disability sector. These include paediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Some of the places I’ve had the privilege to work and train at include three local hospitals and an autism-specific special education school. While I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, I have always been interested in an overarching trans-diagnostic framework, and my current therapeutic inclinations are strengths-based, and tend towards Process-Based Therapy (PBT).
